1. I will have exciting news to share with all of you early next week…
2. Thomas and Mercer and I just agreed on a contract for my next novel, Weavers, due out May of 2015. The ink is dry and I am very excited about this one, I think you guys are going to like it!
3. Just over a month until Tunnel Vision is out!
Great, great movie, one of the best I’ve seen in a while. I shudder to think of the person who would not like this flick.
Other odd update: Just hit 100,000 words on a book I said I would never write.
Normal Update: Tunnel Vision is out October First.
Thank you to everyone who got a hold of me, all of you should have books soon. As for everyone else, hopefully we can do this again if I get some more books. Stay tuned!
And I need to know who wants one?
First three people to message me on here get a free signed copy direct from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Just say you want one, I’ll email you back, get an address, and I’ll ship the next day.
So, who wants to read about Nickel?
I’m sure most of you have heard that there is a new Samsung Kindle App, but what you may not know is that The Fort is available this month for free download on your Samsung devices! Very cool stuff, so if you’ve been waiting to take the plunge-or have a cheap friend that you’ve been trying to convince to read one of my books but doesn’t want to drop a few bucks-now is a great chance to get one for free.
If you read The Fort via this new promotion, I’d love to hear what you think.
Oh, one other tidbit, Tunnel Vision, the new book featuring Nickel, will be out on October 1st.
Talk to you soon,
Placeholder page is up!
Nickel will be back, and he will ride onto the horizon later this year, right now September or October look likely.
That said, there is at least one other familiar face coming along as well, and it’s not Arrow.
I love sharing new work with you ladies and gents, but I have to admit, I’m really excited about this one. I’ll update when I can, but what I can say for sure is that this never would have happened without my friends/fans. You guys wanted this, and spoke loudly enough that it needed to happen.
Thanks so much,
When you read that, what do you think of?
More news to come, but I have a feeling that a lot of you guys are going to like this…
I’m pretty stoked about this, as I love this story, and that Amazon is featuring more short fiction with the new Story Front program.
Thirty years hasn’t changed Las Vegas—the desert just got dirtier. The biggest game in town centers on a massive, deadly roller coaster that winds its way through the Strip’s most famous attractions. On the first Saturday of every month, twenty-four desperate passengers get strapped into the notorious ride and gamble with their lives in a twisted game of chance, to the thrill of webcast audiences worldwide. One of them will win, and one will die, but the other twenty-two will escape with nothing but their lives. Bets are placed as the ride begins, but in Vegas, the house always wins.
The Ride by acclaimed author Aric Davis is a terrifying near-future vision of bloodlust-as-entertainment taken to a horrific extreme.
