Well this is pretty darn cool, much thanks to Kirkus for this.

My personal conclusion: Kirkus knows what’s up. Hate that I have to wait till release to post a review on Amazon. THE FORT is going to be a hit!

Hey Aric, I just pre-ordered your new title The Fort at audible.com, as well as literally purchased all of your other titles on a whim also at audible. Just finished A Good & Useful Hurt and coming from someone that has around 750gb of audiobooks, I don’t think I have been THAT entertained, blown-away, or totally moved by any audiobook, let alone ANY novel…
But wanted to know if you have an email address posted anywhere or can provide one for me that I can send my thoughts, and ask questions about other works. I am chomping at the bit to give praise over “Useful Hurt” and ask a few questions regarding other titles/audiobooks. Thanks so much for reading this, as reading…err, listening to your work was amazing. I have never wrote a single review or been to comment on ANY other authors books, so I will let that speak for itself about how much I liked it. Cheers :)

Reading it now. I bought it because the synopsis sort of reminded me of my childhood days, minus the psycho killer. Although I had never heard of you until a few days ago, I am now wondering why. This book is a page turner. Looks like I’ll be picking up some of your previous titles when I knock out THE FORT.

Keep writing and we’ll keep reading.
